This Privacy Policy describes how Prelhe collects, uses, processes and protects information when you use www.prelhe.com and related Prelhe services.
1. Information We May Collect
Depending on the features you use, information may include:

- Mobile number, email address and account contact information.
- Content you upload, create, send or publish through Prelhe.
- Account, subscription and transaction information.
- Device, browser, login, session and technical information.
- Usage, interaction, preferences and Platform behaviour information.
- Camera, microphone, media, notification or location information when a feature requires it and permission has been provided.
2. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to operate Prelhe, maintain accounts, deliver requested features, personalise Platform experiences, improve recommendations, process transactions, provide support, protect users, prevent fraud, enforce Platform policies and meet applicable legal obligations.
3. Payments
Payment transactions may involve authorised payment service providers. Information required to complete or verify a transaction may be shared with the relevant payment provider.
Prelhe does not ask users to disclose confidential banking credentials such as UPI PINs, ATM PINs, card PINs or online banking passwords through ordinary Platform communications.
4. Sharing of Information
Information may be shared with service providers, technology partners or payment partners where reasonably necessary to provide a requested Platform service.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, lawful legal process, authorised government or law-enforcement request, fraud prevention, Platform security or protection of users and third-party rights.
5. Security
Prelhe uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, loss or misuse.
No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are also responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected or as required under applicable law.
Where account deletion functionality is available, users may request or initiate deletion through applicable account or support features.
Certain information may need to be retained where required for fraud prevention, disputes, transactions, security, legal compliance or other legitimate purposes.

Where supported by Platform functionality, users may access, correct or update their account and profile information.
8. Permissions
Device permissions such as camera, microphone, photos/media, notifications or location are used only where required by the feature selected by the user and subject to device permission controls.
9. Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Prelhe features, processing practices or applicable requirements change. Material updates may be communicated through appropriate Platform channels.
10. Privacy and Grievance Contact
Privacy questions, data requests or grievances may be submitted using Prelhe's official support or contact channels available on the Platform.
